To make a purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Simply browse our store and add any items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for some details that we need in order to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You can submit your credit card information by phone, fax, mail, or online.
When the order confirmation is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and therefore a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect ourselves in the event that a pricing error has been made, we have inadvertently underpriced products, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the event of a price change, we will always contact you first to make sure the price is acceptable.
Shipping & Handling Postage is charged at cost or less for most mainland postcodes. However, some areas have a surcharge from our carriers.
Delivery schedule We deliver your order immediately. We will normally ship your order within 4-5 business days.
Credit card security When ordering on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not found in clear text on any website.

Return Policy Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind about purchasing a Product, you may cancel the purchase or return the item after placing your order at any time up to the expiration of thirty days after you receive the Products (the "Cooling-Off Period"). In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refund policy set out below. You must return the Product to us in the original packaging and in new, unused condition so that we receive it within thirty days of canceling the contract. All products must be returned in their original condition (new) and in their original packaging.
If you receive Products that are defective upon arrival or are not what you ordered, we will, at our option, replace or repair any damaged, defective or incorrect Products, or refund the amount you paid for the Products in question PROVIDED that you notify us of the problem in writing to cristine@cambridgekayks.es within 3 business days of delivery of the Products.
To cancel any contract or order, you must inform us in writing by email at cristine@cambridgekayaks.es and we will send you instructions on how to return the order. If your order has not yet shipped and we can stop shipping, there will be no charge. If you have received your order, you must return the Product in the same condition in which you received it, and at your own risk. You must return the Product at your own cost unless it is not what you ordered. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
All or our Kayaks are insured during transit, when delivery is received you have 24 hours to notify us of any damage to your Kayak. Please note that occasionally during transit your kayak may sustain a very minor scratch.
however, this will not affect the performance of your kayak.
